This policy explains what information Nexus Pro Construction collects from homeowners, how we use it, and how we handle text messaging. We wrote it in plain English on purpose.

We only collect information you give us directly. We do not buy lead lists and we do not scrape contact information.

3. How we use your information
We use what you give us to do one thing: respond to you and schedule your estimate. Specifically:
- To contact you about your request by phone, text, or email
- To schedule, confirm, and remind you of a free in-home estimate
- To prepare a written estimate for your project
- To answer questions during an active or completed project
- To improve our website and understand where our customers come from
We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent it. We do not trade it.
4. Text messaging (SMS) terms
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors providing support services, such as customer service and scheduling platforms, is permitted. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
How you opt in
You consent to receive text messages from us when you do any of the following:
- Submit a form on this website that includes your phone number, where the consent language is displayed at the point of submission
- Call or text our published business number, (781) 888-8935
- Give your number verbally to a member of our team and agree to be texted
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. You can request an estimate by phone or email instead.
What we send
- Replies to questions you asked us
- Appointment confirmations and reminders for your in-home estimate
- Follow-up on a request you submitted, or a call we missed from you
- Updates about an active project
Frequency, cost, and carriers
Message frequency varies based on your conversation with us. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further texts. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at info@nexusproconstruction.com or (781) 888-8935.
5. Who we share information with
We share your information only with service providers who help us run the business, and only to the extent they need it to do that job:
- Customer relationship and scheduling platform — stores your contact record and appointment
- Messaging and telephony providers — deliver our calls and text messages
- Email provider — delivers our email to you
- Website hosting and analytics — keeps this site online and measures traffic
- Payment processor — if you choose to pay a deposit online, payment card and bank details are handled entirely by our processor and never touch our servers
We may also disclose information when required by law, a subpoena, or a court order, or to protect our legal rights.
We never share text messaging opt-in data or consent with any third party for their own marketing.
6. How long we keep it
We keep contact and project records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet Massachusetts recordkeeping requirements for home improvement contractors. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, except where we are legally required to retain it.
7. Your choices and rights
- Stop texts — reply STOP to any message
- Stop calls — tell us on any call and we will note it
- Stop email — use the unsubscribe link, or email us
- Access or correct — email us and we will tell you what we hold and fix anything wrong
- Delete — email us and we will delete your record unless we are legally required to keep it
Send any of these requests to info@nexusproconstruction.com. We respond within 30 days.
8. Security
This site is served over HTTPS. We limit access to your information to the people who need it to do their job. No system is perfectly secure, but we do not store payment card numbers or bank account details on our own servers at any point.
9. Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes affecting how we use your information will be posted here before they take effect.
